What are the main materials of your products?
Our products are mainly made of various types of steel, stainless steel, and different kinds of wood. The surface treatments of the products are diverse, such as powder coating for hardware, chrome plating, and heat transfer printing, etc. For wood, there are options like MDF with solid wood veneer, painting, melamine or laminated finish, etc. In addition, we can also produce related products such as acrylic and glass to support the production of store fixtures.
Can you customize products?
Our products are basically customized, so we welcome you to consult and communicate.
What’s your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The minimum order quantity for island – type products is 5 units, and for accessories, it is 50 pieces, or the single order amount is more than 5,000 US dollars. The specific situation will be finally confirmed according to the complexity of the processing technology and the minimum order quantity for purchasing raw materials.
Do you have any inventory?
Since our products are customized, generally, there is no inventory, unless long – term cooperative customers request us to keep inventory.
How long is your delivery time?
It depends on the size of different orders, as well as the complexity of the production process and surface treatment. Generally speaking, when the color and design are confirmed, it takes 15 – 20 days. For large quantities of goods, it takes 25 – 30 days.
How do you ensure that the product quality meets our requirements?
First, we strictly carry out production and processing according to the drawings, and at the same time, we use advanced high – precision production equipment such as laser welding and cutting to ensure that the product process parameters meet the requirements of the drawings.
Second, we have a professional QC team with up to 20 members. Their average working experience in the industry is more than 5 years, and they have a systematic understanding of the quality standards of different types of store fixtures.
Third, we conduct different laboratory tests on various raw materials, such as salt spray tests, tensile tests, and load – bearing tests, etc., to ensure that all raw materials meet the production requirements.
Fourth, for large – sized products, we will conduct assembly tests in different processes within the factory to ensure that all problems can be found and solved within the factory.
Finally, for large – sized and fragile products, we use wooden boxes or wooden cages for packaging to ensure that the products can be effectively protected during transportation.
About our service
Can you provide 3D rendering design?
Yes, we have a professional 3D rendering design team. Our team members are proficient in the retail business forms of various industries and can perfectly present the desired store effect according to your requirements.
What about your after - sales service?
The warranty period for electrical accessories is 1 – 3 years (the warranty period varies depending on the brand), and for store fixtures, it is more than 3 years.
Can you provide door - to - door logistics and transportation services?
There is no problem at all. Our factory is located in Xiamen, Fujian. There is a port that ranks among the top ten in China and a convenient airport here, which can quickly transport the goods to all parts of the world.
Can you provide store installation services?
Due to reasons such as visa and labor policies in different countries, generally, we don’t provide international installation services. However, during the design stage of our store fixtures, the convenience of installation will be fully considered. At the same time, we also learn from the IKEA model and print paper – based quick installation manuals to facilitate your installation. For relatively complex products, we will also shoot installation videos during the assembly process within the factory to guide the installation.

What’s your quotation process?
First, we need to understand your budget and product positioning. There are significant differences in costs for products of different qualities. Second, the structure and surface treatment details in the product design drawings need to be confirmed by you. Only in this way can the quotation be accurate. Third, the corresponding quantity of products needs to be clarified. The larger the quantity, the more cost advantages there are, and vice versa. Finally, our IE team will conduct a systematic cost calculation based on the above information, and then we will send an official quotation to you for confirmation.
How long is the validity period of your quotation?
Generally speaking, the validity period of our quotation is one month. If there are significant fluctuations in raw materials and exchange rates, etc., we will also make adjustments according to the actual situation.
